As an independent charity established since 2002, The Autumn Centre is overseen and managed by a Board of Trustees.
Trustees are volunteers elected by the Annual General Meeting and exercise the Centre's legal responsibilities. Trustees meet every month, record minutes and produce the annual report and accounts.
The Board of Trustees work closely with the Centre Manager to:
Develop the Centre programme to match the varying needs of our members.
Ensure consistent standards of good practise, wellbeing and safety including a full programme of staff training and Centre policies in line with Public Health guidelines.
Promote the Centre through local relationships, online and offline media
Oversee the Charity's current and developing budget, including fund raising.
