We currently collect and process the following information:
Stored on the website:
Contact form: Name, phone number, email.
Register on the website: Name and email.
Booking for special events: Name, email and phone number. Online payment details are processed through Stripe and not entered on our website. Offline payments are made in person.
Donations: Name, email, phone and address.
Application for membership: personal details submitted through the website are sent directly by email and not stored on the website. Membership details are stored in our own secure internal server in the Centre office, which is locked.
IP addresses of visitors and registered users of the website are stored on our web server for analytical purposes.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Membership application details: necessary records to help us deliver personalised day centre services and contact you or your next of kin, and contact you about the ongoing programme of The Autumn Centre.
Registration for special events: help us keep you in touch about arrangements for events
Website account holders: for staff and volunteers to enable you to login and access site privileges appropriate to your use.
Donations: to keep a record of donors.
Newsletter sign up: Where you have requested our newsletter, we may use your name and email to send you a general newsletter from The Autumn Centre.

How we store your personal information
Membership information is securely stored online within Charity Log, (Charity Log' security accreditations). Any offline written records are kept securely locked.
We keep your personal information for 3 months after your membership is terminated at The Autumn Centre. We will then remove any membership information from the website database and Charity Log. If you are a registered user on our website, you can change and delete your own profile information from your online account.
Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Membership details are stored in Charity Log, a secure third party online records system. We process payments through Stripe.com; payment details are not kept within our own website detabase. Donations, event booking and email newsletters are processed through third party provider Zeffy.com (Zeffy's security statement) in order to fulfil your expressed requests for services at The Autumn Centre.
Your information is not passed to any other agencies or services without your expressed permission, except in case we are required by UK law to do so.
